We approach the sales process with the methodology of an enterprise sale, “mapping” all the people involved with the decision, finding and understanding the objections, creating a project plan to address all of the work that needs to be done to close the sale. This can include competitive analysis, cost comparisons, financial and tax strategies and management and operational solutions.
